Duties & Responsibilities
1.1. Invoices and Credit Memo Processing
-Oversee the matching of invoices and credit memos with SAP receipts in the GR/IR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt) account.

-Ensure thorough verification of invoices and credit memos for compliance with VAT legislation.

-Oversee the accurate entry of invoices and credit memos into the SAP system.

-Ensure that supplier quantities and price charges reconcile, are allocated to the correct contracts, and reflect the appropriate payment terms.

-Investigate and resolve discrepancies between supplier statements, invoices, Group receipts, and purchase orders.

-Manage the clearance of down payments in collaboration with the Creditors Controller where applicable.

-Ensure proper collation of supplier invoices and statements.

-Oversee the preparation of monthly accruals and ensure they are captured by the GL team.

1.2. Query Management
-Resolve all creditor-related queries and liaise with relevant individuals to ensure the solutions are communicated effectively.

-Follow up on and resolve any long-standing queries with suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.

-Collaborate with Creditor Administration Clerks to resolve identified queries, managing the process to completion.

1.3. General Administration
-File and safeguard records within the scope of responsibility, adhering to best practices in records management.

-Prepare ad-hoc spreadsheets and conduct analysis as required to support business operations and decision-making.
